Wire Drawing Systems

Comprehensive wire drawing solutions for copper, aluminum, bimetallic, and alloy wires — from high-output multiwire production lines to precision intermediate and fine wire drawing systems. Our multiwire drawing lines process up to 48 wires simultaneously at speeds reaching 35 m/s, featuring capstan diameters of 80, 100, and 120mm with single-motor or multimotor drive configurations. Intermediate drawing machines employ limited-slip technology with individually driven capstans, reducing energy consumption by up to 30% while improving wire surface quality. Multi-head continuous annealing production lines draw multiple wires simultaneously through ceramic-coated drawing wheels with MMI+PLC synchronization control. All systems are supplied inline with dedicated annealers and can be paired with static spoolers or coilers for seamless downstream integration.

Multiwire Drawing Lines
High-productivity lines drawing up to 48 wires (up to 24 in one row) simultaneously through 15 to 33 dies at speeds up to 35 m/s. Available with capstan diameters of 80, 100, and 120mm in single-motor and multimotor configurations. Wire elongation optimized per pass for consistent quality. Quick die change system allows replacement without re-stringing the machine. Inline annealers with wire shifter system extend contact ring life. Suitable for battery cables, building wire, automotive, solar photovoltaic, and power cable applications.
Limited-Slip Intermediate Drawing Machines
Intermediate drawing systems for copper, aluminum, bimetallic, and alloy wires with individually driven capstans that minimize wire slip, extend capstan life, and reduce energy consumption by up to 30%. Process up to 8 wires with variable elongation from 10% to 35% per block. Inlet wire diameter up to 3.5mm, outlet from 0.30 to 1.60mm. Ideal for re-drawing, enameling, coaxial cable, and power cable production where improved wire surface quality is required. Can be coupled with annealers up to 6,000A capacity.
Multi-Head Continuous Annealing Drawing Lines
Multi-head production lines drawing 8 to 24 wires simultaneously from Ø1.8–2.6mm input down to Ø0.14–1.05mm output. Feature single or double-layer ceramic-coated drawing wheels with long service life and easy replacement. MMI+PLC control system provides full line synchronization, online monitoring, and touchscreen parameter adjustment. Equipped with single or multiple take-up devices, optional threading machines, heat exchangers, steam generators, and filtration systems. Drawing wheel diameters of 80, 100, and 120mm available.
Fine & Super-Fine Wire Drawing
Precision drawing systems for producing fine and super-fine wires down to Ø0.02mm for magnet wire, electronics, and bonding wire applications. Feature PCD and natural diamond dies with servo-driven tension control for consistent diameter accuracy. Water and emulsion cooling systems maintain optimal wire temperature throughout the drawing process.
Static Spoolers
Inline static spooler platforms designed for integration with rod breakdown and intermediate drawing machines. Accommodate reels with cylindrical, conical, bi-conical, and tri-conical barrels with flange diameters from 400 to 1,250mm. Feature nonstop operation with automatic changeover from full to empty reels, straight-line or U-type conveyor systems, CW and CCW winding options, and low preventive maintenance requirements. Bidirectional line operation (L→R and R→L) supported.
Coilers
Inline coiler platforms for winding copper and aluminum wire (both soft and hard) into metallic or cardboard baskets. Feature nonstop operation with automatic basket changeover, wide range of capstan diameters to accommodate basket sizes from 500 to 1,070mm, integrated dancer and wire cooling devices, rosette winding pattern for high basket filling, and built-in dancer for consistent tension. Full reel weight capacity up to 3,500 kg. Bidirectional line operation supported.
